Biography

Nicholas "Nick" B. Uricchio grew up on James Island and Folly Beach, South Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University in 2011.

After graduation, Nick started his legal career as a runner and file clerk with Senn Legal, LLC. While working for Senn Legal, LLC., Nick realized the field of law was where he wanted to focus his life and career.

Nick went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2016. While in law school, he served as a Senator in the Student Bar Association, was named to the Dean's List multiple times, and won the Cali Award for his International Law course. He was honored to be a member of the Charleston School of Law's Trial Advocacy Team and competed against law students from around the country in mock trial competitions. Nick's team won the 2016 Savannah Mock Trial Invitational. Nick accomplished all these feats while also working in local restaurants and for Senn Legal, LLC.

Upon graduation from law school, Nick went to work in the Charleston County Clerk of Court's Office as a Deputy Clerk in Courtroom Specialist. As a Deputy Clerk, he administerd oaths to jury venires, swore in witnesses, and published verdicts. During this time, Nick saw up close what it takes to be successful in the legal field and as a professional.

In 2018, after Nick was admitted to the South Carolina Bar Association, he had the honor and privilege to serve as a Judicial Circuit Court Law Clerk to Retired South Carolina Circuit Court Judge R. Markley Dennis, Jr.

In June 2019, Nick went to work as an Assistant Solicitor in the Ninth Circuit Solicitor's Office in Charleston County. As an Assistant Solicitor, Nick prosecuted cases from post-arrest to resolution. He managed a case load of more than 500 warrants at any given time. He also served on the Charleston County Mental Health Court Team and oversaw expungements for the Ninth Circuit Solicitor's Office in Charleston County. During this time Nick honed his skills in the field of criminal law.

Nick joined Query Sautter & Associates, LLC as an associate attorney in May 2023. Nick's practice is focused on helping clients with their civil and criminal needs.
