Biography
Mr Query has tried over fifty cases to a final verdict in state and federal courts. He has obtained verdicts in excess of $1,000,000 in both state and federal courts. He has successfully argued cases before the South Carolina Supreme Court, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has submitted briefs for consideration by the United States Supreme Court. He is certified by The National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial Advocacy.
