After more than a decade of family court referral of children’s issues of custody, visitation and support to final arbitration, Query Sautter & Associates convinced both the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of South Carolina to reverse the orders of five different family court judges by declaring in their decisions that the children of South Carolina have a constitutional right to have their best interests exclusively determined by the family court.
